Instant draft starting was actually implemented for a short period last year, but there were a lot of complaints from people who missed the start of the draft because they didn't expect it to start. I like Connor's idea of an announcement, so that migiht be a possibility. What has been happening in the mean time is to try to run exactly enough drafts so that most of them get full in time without much waiting. There were more drafts added yesterday and even more may be added today. I'll keep an eye on it and make sure that people aren't waiting for too long. Thanks for the input. When the spots are full, the draft should start. Maybe when the spots are full, do an announcement (with sound? possibly? wake people up) that says "The Draft will start in 30 SECONDS," then reset the timer to 30 seconds.
