It's free which is nice but not very useful. A personalized touch would have been nice but this is clearly automated and doesn't take the flow of the draft into account. If the draft fills and all 12 teams click their "ready now" button then the draft starts once the 12th team clicks theres. Then we don't have to wait for 15-20 mins after it fills. Just a thought.
