Houston Texans quarterback Case Keenum has been confirmed as the Week 16 starter with C.J. Stroud (concussion) unable to play, according to KPRC's Aaron Wilson. Keenum drew the start over fellow backup Davis Mills last weekend, and while that decision seemed somewhat surprising, it paid off. The veteran led the Texans to an overtime victory, completing 23 passes for 229 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. This week, he'll rank as a fantasy QB3 against the Cleveland Browns' strong defense.

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott is entering the final year of his deal in 2024, and he and the organization have not begun contract negotiations.
