The Philadelphia Eagles are signing veteran wide receiver DeVante Parker to a one-year, $4.96 fully guaranteed deal. Philly will pay just $1.2 million, and New England will cover the rest. Parker was released by the Patriots this week after two seasons with the organization. Since being selected in the first round of the 2015 NFL draft, Parker has posted just one season of at least 1,000 receiving yards. He has failed to post at least 700 yards in six of his nine NFL seasons with the Miami Dolphins and Patriots. In Philadelphia behind A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith, Parker is unlikely to be on the fantasy radar, barring injury.

The Los Angeles Rams and wide receiver Demarcus Robinson agreed to a one-year deal worth $5 million on Friday, according to Robinson's agency. Robinson will stay in Los Angeles after a productive 2023 season in which he caught 26 of his 39 targets for 371 yards and a career-high-tying four touchdowns in 16 regular-season games (four starts) in his first year with the team. The 29-year-old wideout added three catches on six targets for 44 yards in the playoff loss to the Detroit Lions. It was solid production, considering he was mostly the team's No. 4 pass-catcher behind Cooper Kupp, rookie Puka Nacua and Tutu Atwell for most of the year. Robinson found the end zone four straight times in December to finish strong, but he'll have to battle for the No. 3 role behind Kupp and Nacua this summer.
