Taking swings on upside players early Obviously, there are a ton of unknowns heading into a new season. FanDuel and other sites can only use the aggregated information to create a best guess on how newly constructed NFL teams will play. Obviously, last year is a good indicator, but it's tough to build out an accurate prediction price for a team that lost multiple starters on the offensive line (Titans) or has a "new" QB and receiving core heading into 2022 (Saints.) Because of that, there is value to be had in offenses with unknowns.
