A definite boom bust player, Derek Carr has the ability to put up serviceable fantasy points if he is given the chance to get the ball down field and throw to the end zone. The Raiders have had a considerably conservative offense this year but might take some shots against Detroit's awful pass rush. You'll have to hope for touchdowns, but Carr provides a lot of upside in week 9.
