Start 'Em Sit 'EM Week 6
All right, guys... We're getting into the thick of it now so it's time to hunker down and continue to set our lineups. Some players are entering slumps, like Breece Hall and Bijan Robinson, two-star players who underperformed last week. Despite that, there are better days ahead. There are also injuries you have to account for, with Texans wide receiver and receiving yards leader Nico Collins going down with a hamstring injury.
With other players slated to return this week, like Joe Mixon, fantasy managers may be getting some much-needed firepower back in their lineups as we get ready to head into Week 6. But of course, I have you covered with more options to check for when debating on who should be in or out of your lineups. And if you have any other fantasy football questions, check me out on Twitter @hype_phinest and I'll be more than happy to help you out.

Quarterbacks
Kirk Cousins vs. CAR
Cousins and the Falcons balled out against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, where Cousins threw the ball 58 times! Cousins cooked the Bucs defense, hung 34 fantasy points, and finished as the QB1. Now he gets another great matchup against the Carolina Panthers that allowed rookie quarterback Caleb Williams to have one of his better games this season. The Panthers got diced up for just over 300 passing yards and two touchdowns. The Panthers are allowing nearly 21 fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks.
Dak Prescott vs. DET
Man, it's been a while since I could confidently put Dak Prescott on this list. Dak Prescott is currently a top-10 fantasy quarterback sitting at the QB9 averaging 17.5 FPPG. Prescott had an up-and-down night against the Pittsburgh Steelers as he threw two touchdowns in the game but also chucked up two interceptions. The Cowboys head into Week 6 against the Detroit Lions and a defense that's giving up 258 passing yards per game. This could have "high-scoring game" written on it. Prescott is averaging 284.8 passing yards per game.
Running Backs
Bijan Robinson vs. CAR
Whatever the Falcons coaches are doing they need to fix it because there's no reason why Bijan Robinson is averaging just 14.5 touches per game. Robinson should be the focal point in the Falcons' ground attack going forward and he has a great matchup against the Carolina Panthers in Week 6. The Panthers allowed Bears running back D'Andre Swift to have a resurgence game, allowing Swift to rush for 73 yards and a touchdown and allowed Roschon Johnson to punch in two more touchdowns. Plug in Bijan Robinson for his breakout game.
Chase Brown vs. NYG
Zach Moss went down against the Ravens with an ankle injury and that could put his Week 6 availability in jeopardy. Should that be the case, Chase Brown could be in for an increase in work. Brown has already been working wonders with the snaps he's gotten so far. Brown finished with 16.4 fantasy points against Baltimore and has scored three total touchdowns over the last two weeks. The Giants rank 20th in FPPG allowed to running backs but the added work out of the backfield and Browns receiving chops might be enough to get some production out of the Bengals' run game this week.
Wide Receivers
Terry McLaurin vs. BAL
Terry McLaurin has come on strong over the last three weeks despite working with the growing pains of rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels. After a slow start, McLaurin has had three games of 50+ receiving yards and has scored two touchdowns in five games. McLaurin is averaging 20 yards per catch over the last three weeks and gets a Ravens defense that is allowing 7.5 yards per attempt to receivers. Daniels has been hot so far this season and McLaurin has benefited from the added looks.
Tank Dell vs. NE
Tank Dell has had a rough start to the 2024 season. Dell is only averaging 7.4 FPPG heading into Week 6 and ranks third in target share at just 14%. That could change this week with fellow Texans wide receiver Nico Collins dealing with a hamstring injury. Collins is listed as "week-to-week," and if forced to miss Week 6, Dell could be the direct beneficiary of extra targets. The Patriots are one of the worst defenses in the league, allowing the 12th-most fantasy points to enemy wide receivers. This is a matchup I'd roll the dice on hoping I hit big.
Tight End
Cade Otton vs NO
Cade Otton is another player who's seen a spike in activity over the last couple of weeks. After being ice cold in the first two weeks of the season, Otton is averaging 47 yards from Weeks 3-5 and currently sits ninth in receiving yards among tight ends. The Saints got cooked up against Travis Kelce and while that might seem like just any other game, Kelce has also started slow this season. Otton gets a Saints defense that's allowing nearly 13 FPPG. The tight end position has been garbage this season but this matchup might be the way to go this week.
Sits
Deshaun Watson vs. PHI
Deshaun Watson has been a major disappointment this season, and it doesn't look like it's getting any better. Watson is the QB22 heading into Week 6 and he's averaging just 12.6 fantasy points per game. The confusing part about Watson's down season is that he's throwing the ball a ton. Watson ranks seventh in pass attempts with 176 but he's only completing 60% of those attempts. Getting the Eagles looks like a good matchup on paparr after they got smoked by Baker Mayfield before their bye week but Watson also had a good matchup against the Washington Commanders and stunk it up. Until Watson can turn it around and be more consistent with his completions, keep Watson out of your lineups.
Brian Robinson Jr. vs. BAL
Brian Robinson has been a later-round gem at the running back position. This Robinson is currently the RB9 in fantasy and is giving fantasy managers nearly 16 fantasy points per game. He punched in two touchdowns against the Browns last week and already has five touchdowns on the season. Now he gets a tough Ravens defense that has been solid against fantasy running backs. The Ravens are allowing the fifth-fewest fantasy points per game to running backs and will look to get back to that this week.
Quentin Johnston vs. DEN
The Denver Broncos are turning into a "no-fly-zone" when it comes to playing number one wide receivers against that defense. Patrick Surtain has been locking down top receivers for weeks now. Mike Evans, Garrett Wilson, and George Pickens are just a few names on the list that have had minimal fantasy impacts when they played. Quentin Johnston has gotten off to a solid start in a revamped Chargers offense that leans on the run but even in a divisional matchup, Johnston might be best left on the bench. The Broncos are giving up the second-fewest fantasy points to wide receivers.
Mo Alie-Cox vs. TEN
At this point, it's not worth getting excited about the tight end position. Big MAC caught a touchdown pass against the Jacksonville Jaguars on four targets from Joe Flacco as the backup quarterback filled in for Anthony Richardson. Joe Flacco brought the Colts' passing attack to life but Richardson could return this week, putting the kibosh on the passing volume and high completion rate for the players.
