Mike Williams, WR, Los Angeles Chargers After sitting out for three weeks, which included missing two games and a bye week, Mike Williams re-aggravated his high-ankle sprain early on in Sunday’s loss against the Chiefs. Williams came down awkwardly on his injured ankle after securing his only target up until that point for a 15-yard reception. It was good to see Williams back on the field, although it was rather disappointing that the injury occurred after Williams claimed his ankle was 200%. Head coach Brandon Staley says the injury is not significant, however, Williams is likely to be limited, if not out, this upcoming week against the Arizona Cardinals. In his place, Joshua Palmer has filled in nicely and will continue to be leaned on with Keenan Allen still not 100%.
