Rookies Big Day
One of the most exciting parts of the start of the NFL season (and fantasy) is that you get to see the hyped up rookies play for the first time. Chiefs RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire started hot on Thursday, rushing 25 times for 138 yards and 1 touchdown. CEH looks like he’s got an early lead to be the best rookie RB this year unless Colts’ RB Jonathon Taylor can catch up. Taylor only gained 22 yards on 9 carries, but fantasy owners should be happy that he did catch 6 passes for 67 yards. With RB Marlon Mack seemingly out with an ankle injury, Taylor will see an uptick in carries and has obviously gained some trust from QB Philip Rivers.
