Carolina Panthers wide receiver Adam Thielen turned in a huge game in a 37-27 loss to the Seattle Seahawks in Week 3. Thielen caught 11 of his 14 targets for 145 yards and a touchdown in the loss, continuing his excellent form of late. The veteran wideout had a slow game in Week 1 but has popped off for 18 catches, 199 yards, and two touchdowns over his past two contests. Emerging as the No. 1 WR in Carolina, Thielen is looking like any every week, must-start moving forward. Next week, he will take on a Minnesota Vikings secondary that was just torched by the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 3.

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk (shoulder) was seen participating in practice on Monday. The Niners aren't required to release an official injury report this week until Wednesday, but it's a good sign that Aiyuk is back on the practice field after he was held out of last Thursday night's win over the New York Giants due to a shoulder injury he suffered in Week 2. We'll have a better idea of whether he has a shot at returning in Week 4 against the Arizona Cardinals later in the week after the team holds a few more practices. In the first two games of the year, Aiyuk caught 11 of his 14 targets for 172 yards and two touchdowns and will remain a big part of San Fran's passing attack when he's healthy.
Still trying to decide between Thielen and Aiyuk? Check on the latest news to make sure both players are active and healthy. Our PPR projections show that Adam Thielen is projected to score 17.3 points this week while Brandon Aiyuk is projected to score 12.4 points.
