Adonai Mitchell News

Adonai Mitchell a Volatile Flex Play Vs. Jacksonville

Saturday, December 13, 2:30 AM

New York Jets wide receiver Adonai Mitchell will act as a primary option in the team's passing game for at least one more week as they take on the hosting Jacksonville Jaguars this Sunday. Mitchell came crashing back down to Earth in Week 14 after a career day the week prior, hauling in just 1-of-6 looks for 24 yards. It was a disappointing outing for fantasy managers who took a chance on him. Despite being without teammate Garrett Wilson (knee) yet again in Week 15, Mitchell and the rest of the Jets' skill players will receive a significant downgrade with rookie quarterback Brady Cook getting the start. For what it's worth, Mitchell figures to garner the more valuable, downfield targets between him and John Metchie III. However, that also makes the former's opportunities more volatile and susceptible to poor outcomes. He'll land as RotoBaller's PPR WR48 in this week's ranks.

Roman Wilson News

Roman Wilson Off Fantasy Radar in Week 13

Saturday, November 29, 12:02 PM

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Roman Wilson was held without a catch last week and will look to be more involved against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday. Though Wilson has been quiet more often than not this season, it's worth noting that Mason Rudolph drew the start at quarterback in Week 12. With Aaron Rodgers (wrist) under center this week, Wilson's ceiling rises slightly, as the two have connected for two touchdowns this season. Still, the second-year pro has yet to carve out a reliable role in Pittsburgh's aerial attack, making him difficult to trust, especially in this matchup. Buffalo has held opposing wideouts to the 10th-fewest receptions and receiving yards in 2025. His involvement is worth monitoring, but Wilson can remain on waiver wires in all redraft formats heading into Week 13.
