Ainias Smith News
Tuesday, August 19, 9:35 AM
Second-year Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Ainias Smith has enjoyed a healthy training camp, and his coaches have taken notice. Last season, as a fifth-round rookie, he struggled through camp with a stress fracture in his shin that would eventually land him on Injured Reserve for two months. This year, he is healthy and competing for one of the Eagles' last receiver spots on the 53-man roster. He has played in each of the team's first two preseason games, catching a touchdown in both and returning punts and kicks, as his path to the roster may run through special teams. Smith has been competing with fellow second-year wideout Johnny Wilson and undrafted rookie Darius Cooper for one of the team's final roster spots, and on Sunday, the Eagles acquired former second-round pick John Metchie III from the Houston Texans. Whoever can win the camp battle will have little relevance in managed redraft leagues, but could be worth a stash in deep dynasty formats.

Tank Dell News
Saturday, May 30, 5:49 AM
Houston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell continues to recover from the devastating knee injury that ended his 2024 sophomore campaign and cost him the entirety of the 2025 season, and while he is present at the team's organized team activities, he is not yet participating. The gruesome nature of the injury that resulted in a dislocated kneecap and multiple torn ligaments has the Texans taking a cautious approach to his recovery and has understandably brought about questions of how Dell will look when he finally returns to action. As a rookie in 2023, he was the fantasy WR38 in half-PPR formats, and before the injury in 2024, he was trending towards another top-45 finish. Now at only 26 years old, he has fallen to RotoBaller's dynasty WR64, and while any manager who has held him to this point is unlikely to sell at that price, Dell is an intriguing upside dart throw in the later rounds of dynasty startups.
