Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown will face the division-rival Washington Commanders in Week 4 on Sunday. The 26-year-old got the squeaky wheel treatment last week against Tampa Bay, catching nine of 14 targets for 131 yards. This week's matchup against Washington should provide similar, if not greater, results for fantasy managers. The Commanders have allowed the seventh-most fantasy points per game to wide receivers through three weeks and had a rough time defending the Bills' top option, Stefon Diggs, last week. Brown is a must-start in Week 4.

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Kadarius Toney (toe) was limited in practice all week but was removed from the final Week 4 injury report on Friday and will play on Sunday night in New York against the Jets. Toney was also questionable for Week 3 against the Chicago Bears but played in the blowout win, seeing just three percent of the offensive snaps. The 24-year-old pass-catcher is always dealing with some sort of injury and has barely been a part of KC's offense through three weeks, catching seven of his 11 targets for just 35 yards. He's been dropped in a lot of fantasy leagues to open the year. Although he could see his role expand as the season progresses, there's nothing to indicate that is going to happen anytime soon for Toney.
