New Orleans Saints wide receiver Brandin Cooks returns to the Big Easy after previously playing with the team from 2014-2016. Last year in Dallas, he caught 26 passes for 259 yards and three touchdowns in 10 games. Cooks was named one of eight team captains ahead of Week 1 against the Cardinals and is listed as a starter. However, he'll have to compete with Chris Olave, Rashid Shaheed, and star running back Alvin Kamara for targets while second-year quarterback Spencer Rattler is under center. For fantasy purposes, Cooks should be off radars, with only slight appeal if any of the primary pass-catchers miss time.

Houston Texans wide receiver Jayden Higgins only had one catch in Week 4 against the Titans, but he made the most of it, hauling in a 26-yard touchdown strike from C.J. Stroud. He only played 31 snaps compared to Xavier Hutchinson's 48 snaps, but he was the more productive option, even though he only had one target. The No. 34 overall pick in the NFL Draft is still battling for playing time and not making a significant enough impact to be a fantasy option just yet. However, he does have the potential for big plays like he showed last week and could work his way into a larger role as the season progresses. For now, he's not a strong starting option, though, since he's only the No. 67 WR in RotoBaller's Week 5 rankings.
