Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson (back) is off the injury report and good to go for his team's Week 4 matchup against the Tennessee Titans, per ESPN's Adam Schefter. Jackson popped up on the Ravens' injury report as a limited practice participant on Wednesday due to a back issue. However, the 29-year-old practiced in full on both Thursday and Friday and will be on the field for Baltimore on Sunday. Across the first three weeks of the 2026 season, Jackson has completed 69.7% of his pass attempts for 745 yards, four touchdowns, and one interception while also rushing for 124 yards and a touchdown on 17 attempts. Now that he's officially active, Jackson profiles as a high-end QB1 option for fantasy managers against Tennessee in Week 4.
