Houston Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud (concussion) has officially been ruled out for the team's Week 11 matchup with the Tennessee Titans. Stroud suffered the injury when sliding in a Week 9 matchup with the Denver Broncos. Davis Mills will once again lead the offense as they face off with a Titans team they defeated 26-0 earlier this season. Mills leaned heavily on Nico Collins and Dalton Schultz last week, and will likely give them ample look again this week. Another name to watch in Week 11 is Jayden Higgins who hauled in five receptions for 42 yards and a touchdown last week.

Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams completed 20 of his 36 pass attempts for 220 passing yards, one passing touchdown, and zero interceptions during Sunday's Week 10 win over the New York Giants. He also had 28 rushing yards and one rushing touchdown. Both of Williams' touchdowns came in the fourth quarter, capping off an impressive comeback win in messy weather at home. The 23-year-old did a good job spreading the ball around, and the Bears leaned on the passing attack more than expected, especially with Kyle Monangai and D'Andre Swift both healthy. Williams continues to rank as a solid fantasy QB1 in Week 11 against the Minnesota Vikings.
