Arizona Cardinals kicker Chad Ryland should be viewed as a middle-of-the-pack kicking option when his team takes on the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday. So far this season, the Seahawks rank 10th against kickers, while Ryland is the No. 13 fantasy kicker, making Thursday an average matchup at best. The third-year kicker made 88% of his field goal attempts last season and is off to a solid 6-for-8 start this season, keeping him on the fringes of being a fantasy starter in deeper leagues. This week, however, managers should look for a stronger starting candidate.

New Orleans Saints kicker Blake Grupe missed his only field goal attempt from 40 yards in the 26-21 loss to the 49ers in Week 2. He is now 2-for-4 on field goals and 4-for-4 on extra points on the season. Grupe looks to rebound against the Seahawks, who allowed Chris Boswell to convert three field goals from 40+ yards last week. Despite the matchup, Grupe can remain off fantasy radars this week.
