Chuba Hubbard Could See A Larger Role In Week 4

Saturday, September 30, 7:57 AM

Carolina Panthers running back Chuba Hubbard was quiet in Week 3, seeing just one carry and three targets in a loss to the Seattle Seahawks. Hubbard will look to bounce back in Week 4's home matchup against the Minnesota Vikings. While struggling against the pass, Minnesota's defense has been effective against the run through the first three weeks, allowing the 22nd-most fantasy points per game to opposing running backs. That being said, Miles Sanders (groin) missed practice on Friday after getting in limited sessions on Wednesday and Thursday. A late-week downgrade is never great news, so Hubbard could be the Panthers' starter on Sunday if Sanders isn't ready to go. Treat Hubbard as a solid RB3 if Sanders is inactive in Week 4.

Kyren Williams A Must Start In Week 4

Saturday, September 30, 5:55 AM

Los Angeles Rams running back Kyren Williams has played 97% of offensive snaps in his two starts without Cam Akers, which is the highest rate for any RB over the last two games. The second-year back is the overall RB6 in half-PPR leagues and has solidified himself as an every-down player for the Rams. Williams faces the Indianapolis Colts in Week 4, who are allowing just 3.5 yards per carry through the first three weeks of the season. However, this shouldn't scare you as Williams has 17 targets over the last two games and will continue to be an integral part of the team's offense. He is a high-end RB2 with a safe floor this week.
