Who Should I Start? Davante Adams or Jaylen Waddle

The Los Angeles Daily News' Adam Grosbard reports that veteran wide receiver Davante Adams feels rejuvenated with the Los Angeles Rams and is already helping Puka Nacua and the team's other pass-catchers. Adams was traded from the Las Vegas Raiders to the New York Jets midseason last year to work with buddy Aaron Rodgers. While the 32-year-old six-time Pro Bowler and three-time All-Pro saw plenty of volume, he wasn't exactly efficient and finished the year with 85 grabs on 141 targets for 1,063 yards and eight touchdowns in 14 starts. He's now working with veteran quarterback Matthew Stafford, which is good news, but the volume probably won't be there like it has been while he shares targets with Nacua, who figures to be Stafford's favorite target. Miami Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle (undisclosed) is back at practice on Wednesday after missing some time with an undisclosed injury. The former first-round pick out of Alabama was deemed "day-to-day" recently but is now a limited participant in practice. Given Waddle's history of getting banged up, the team is likely to be cautious with its young star wideout. Tyreek Hill (oblique) is also not participating in team drills. If Waddle can stay healthy, he could provide a tremendous return at his WR3 price tag in fantasy drafts. Tight end Jonnu Smith is now in Pittsburgh, and there's a real chance Hill is set to continue to regress after his age-30 season. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor his latest injury updates ahead of prime fantasy draft season.
