Carolina Panthers wide receiver David Moore (elbow) has been ruled out for the remainder of his team's Week 4 matchup against the New England Patriots, according to Joseph Person of The Athletic. Moore had not been targeted before getting injured, but he had recorded a 12-yard carry. With Moore sidelined, Panthers wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan should see an even larger role in the passing game. Wideouts Hunter Renfrow and Brycen Tremayne should also see an increased target share.

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Jahan Dotson remains third on the depth chart with a low floor heading into Week 10 against the Green Bay Packers, but his ability to deliver big plays can't be ignored. The 25-year-old has three catches over his last four games, and each of them went for at least 17 yards. The highlight of his year so far was a 40-yard touchdown in the Eagles' last game against the New York Giants. Dotson is targeted far less than A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith, and Dallas Goedert, but we can't rule out Jalen Hurts throwing the ball his way a few times, especially if the Eagles find themselves in a stalemate with the Packers and need a spark. With that said, there's a lot of risk here, and Dotson's low floor outweighs his chance of making a big play. He can be left on waivers in fantasy leagues with 14 or fewer teams.
