Tennessee Titans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins (ankle) has been listed on the injury report as questionable heading into their Week 3 matchup against the Cleveland Browns. The veteran wideout went in the wrong direction this week as he went from full participant on Wednesday to a DNP on Friday. The good thing to note is that he didn't practice last week either and ended up on the field for kickoff. Fantasy managers will want to monitor his status, but if he does suit up, then he should be considered a lower-level WR3.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans has put together back-to-back strong performances to open the season. The veteran wideout has hauled in 12 receptions for 237 yards and two touchdowns during the first two games of the season. The Bucs have targeted Evans heavy in the passing game and that is likely to continue going forward. Evans will now head into a matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 3. A defensive unit that is normally solid, but has allowed the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing wideouts this season. That being said, Evans should remain in the WR2 conversation for the upcoming Monday night matchup.
