Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Xavier Worthy (shoulder) is officially listed as doubtful for the team's Week 2 matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles. Worthy dislocated his shoulder in Kansas City's Week 1 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers, but was able to log limited practices on Thursday and Friday heading into Week 2. While Worthy appears unlikely to play against the Eagles, he could return quicker than initially expected after the injury was diagnosed.
