Buffalo Bills wide receiver Gabe Davis left his mark with a 35-yard touchdown catch on four targets in Week 3's 37-3 flattening of the Washington Commanders. The 24-year-old's receiving line last Sunday delineated why he's widely regarded as one of fantasy's most inconsistent assets. Week 4's hosting of the Miami Dolphins could be a high-scoring setting where Davis' boom-or-bust prospects are more inclined to offer fantasy explosiveness. With that said, the erratic deep threat has lived up to the moniker in six career games against the Fins, totaling three touchdowns with a 100-yard and targetless outing mixed in during this bumpy span. Though his play style offers a wide range of potential weekly outcomes, consider Davis a WR3 with WR2 upside who remains more enticing in DFS tournaments in this attractive game environment.

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Elijah Moore is coming off of a game where he caught all nine of his targets in a win over the Tennessee Titans. Moore has been heavily involved in the Cleveland offense thus far, drawing 25 targets through three games. The veteran wideout could be in store for a big game in a plus matchup against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 4. Baltimore has struggled to contain opposing wide receivers this year, allowing the eighth-most fantasy points per game to the position. Moore sets up as a quality flex option heading into Week 4.
