Dallas Cowboys wide receiver George Pickens was one of the biggest steals in 2025 fantasy football drafts, finishing as the overall WR5 in PPR leagues while serving as a league winner for many managers. He got off to a relatively quiet start this season, but he seems to have turned a corner after the first few weeks. Pickens broke out for nine catches, 130 yards, and one touchdown last week against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, albeit with CeeDee Lamb spending part of the game on the sideline due to an injury. Pickens has played at least 84% of the snaps in four of his five games so far this year, and he has at least eight targets in three of those five. The 25-year-old receiver may continue to operate behind Lamb again in Week 6, but his prominent snap and target shares indicate that he's trending up and could end up returning to the WR1 tier in fantasy football very soon.

Chicago Bears wide receiver Rome Odunze has struggled to produce to start the 2026 season. In five games, Odunze has caught 17 of 29 targets for 273 yards and no touchdowns, averaging just 6.8 half-PPR fantasy points per game. Despite his lack of production, his usage has been elite, with over 85% of snaps and route participation in four straight games. The situation is crowded, with Luther Burden III, Kalif Raymond, and Colston Loveland all taking targets away from Odunze. However, with their elite rushing attack and quarterback Caleb Williams (hamstring) missing the last three weeks, none of these weapons have produced fantasy-relevant numbers this season. With Williams gearing up for a return in Week 6 against the Atlanta Falcons, Odunze is in position to improve his production, but it's unclear whether he can, despite an elite workload.
