New York Giants kicker Graham Gano (groin) was placed on the injured reserve on Saturday. Gano suffered a groin injury during last week's loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. As a result, Gano will miss at least the next four games. Jude McAtamney was elevated from the practice squad on Saturday. McAtamney appears to be in line to get the first chance at the kicking job in New York. The Giants also have Younghoe Koo, but it appears McAtamney won that competition. Fantasy managers should probably look elsewhere for a kicking option for Week 4. This Giants offense hasn't been good enough to give their kickers many chances early in the season.

Philadelphia Eagles kicker Jake Elliott didn't put a ton of points on the board last Sunday against the Buccaneers, but he did stay perfect on the season by making his lone field goal attempt and all four of his extra points. While Elliott is still yet to miss this season, it's not necessarily translating to much fantasy value. He faces the Denver Broncos in Week 5, a defense tied for second-best in the league in terms of opponent points per game (16.8). For right now, there are likely better kickers available in most fantasy leagues.
