Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Jakobi Meyers (concussion) returned to practice on Wednesday after missing all of practice and the Week 2 game against the Buffalo Bills last week. Meyers was in the concussion protocol all of last week, but participation in the middle of this week is a good sign. The former Patriot caught nine passes for 81 yards and two touchdowns in his Raiders debut in Week 1, so he might have more fantasy value than projected heading into the 2023 campaign. Assuming he plays in Week 3, he makes for an intriguing flex play against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday Night Football.

Washington Commanders wide receiver Jahan Dotson caught three-of-five targets for 22 yards in Sunday's win over the Denver Broncos. It was an odd day for the second-year receiver as he started hot out of the gate, but fell off quickly. Despite starting out with two receptions on the Commanders' opening drive, things were mostly quiet from there for Dotson. We'll see if the former first-rounder can bounce back in Week 3 against the Buffalo Bills as his first couple of weeks have been disappointing.
