Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jauan Jennings (calf) has been ruled out for Monday night's Week 9 matchup against the Buffalo Bills, according to Will Ragatz. Jennings was limited in Thursday's practice before being downgraded to a nonparticipant Friday. The 29-year-old caught both of his targets for 11 yards during Minnesota's Week 8 loss to the Detroit Lions and has recorded six receptions for 54 yards across six appearances this season. Jennings has been working behind Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison, but his absence could move rookie Tai Felton into the No. 3 receiver role. Felton has caught three passes for 41 yards this season, leaving him with limited demonstrated fantasy production despite the potential increase in playing time. Minnesota will also be without starting quarterback Kyler Murray (hamstring), with Carson Wentz taking over under center against Buffalo.

New York Jets wide receiver Adonai Mitchell has a chance to build on his career game when New York visits Kansas City on Sunday without Garrett Wilson (concussion). Mitchell caught 7 of 9 targets for 142 yards and a touchdown against Las Vegas in Week 8 while Wilson drew 12 targets. His snap share jumped from 44% in his Week 7 return from a finger injury to 61% against the Raiders. Even after missing four games, Mitchell leads the Jets with 9 deep targets, catching 4 of them for 129 yards. The Chiefs will be without cornerback Mansoor Delane (shoulder), but their secondary held Denver's Courtland Sutton to 53 yards and Jaylen Waddle to 39 last Sunday. Waddle still found the end zone, scoring from one yard out. Mitchell's expanded playing time and downfield role put him in the WR3 or flex range in 12-team leagues. He went without a catch on 3 targets against Miami two weeks ago, and this will be his first chance to show what his workload looks like with Wilson out this season.
