Jauan Jennings Surges into Fantasy Playoffs

Thursday, December 11, 10:26 AM

After a slow start to the 2025 season, San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Jauan Jennings has proved himself as a must-start receiver moving into the fantasy playoffs. Jennings has caught a touchdown in four of his last five starts and has averaged 13.9 PPR fantasy points per game since Week 9. His hot streak has gotten him back to his WR1 role in San Francisco, ahead of Ricky Pearsall and Brandon Aiyuk. With Aiyuk (knee) unlikely to play in 2025, Jennings has no reason to slow down. He faces the Tennessee Titans in Week 15, who have allowed the sixth-most receiving yards to wide receivers in 2025, and struggled to maintain Browns rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders in the snow in Week 14. Fantasy managers can fully trust Jennings as a starting option in the fantasy playoffs, as he looks to extend his touchdown streak following the bye.

Brenton Strange News

Brenton Strange Still a Waiver Target Despite Subpar Outing

Monday, December 8, 12:03 PM

Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Brenton Strange could churn out just 27 yards on 3-of-6 receiving in Sunday's 36-19 home win over the Indianapolis Colts. Strange took a slight step back in the yardage department this past weekend, but was still decently involved in Jacksonville's game plan, tying two other pass-catchers for second on the team with his opportunity share. Fantasy managers may quibble with the Penn State product's meager output. However, he's been decently involved all year, quietly ranking third on the team in receiving yards (369) despite missing five complete games. The Jaguars' pass attack features a few too many mouths to feed, but only WR Jakobi Meyers appears to be separating from the rest of the pack. Fantasy managers with tight end trouble can look to the 24-year-old as a strong option at the position, especially if teammate Parker Washington (hip) is inactive for a second straight game.
