Jauan Jennings News

Jauan Jennings Carries Clear Dynasty Sell-High Appeal into 2026

Tuesday, June 16, 8:10 AM

After holding out for a larger offer for a significant chunk of the offseason, wide receiver Jauan Jennings eventually signed a one-year, $8 million contract with the Minnesota Vikings for the 2026 season. The veteran wideout has been a productive player in recent years with the San Francisco 49ers, recording 132 catches for 1,618 yards and 15 touchdowns on 203 targets across 30 games over the past two seasons. However, Jennings is entering his age-29 season and played through myriad injury issues in 2025, both of which could have held down his value on the open market. After largely playing the WR1 role last season in San Francisco, Jennings' target outlook in Minnesota is less rosy thanks to the presence of wide receivers Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison. Jennings should still see plenty of playing time and could be a valuable red-zone weapon, but his production could fade back to where it was at earlier points in his career with the 49ers, when he was the third option behind wideouts Brandon Aiyuk and Deebo Samuel Sr. In dynasty formats, Jennings profiles as a sell-high candidate entering 2026.

Makai Lemon News

Makai Lemon Set for Major Role in Debut Season?

Tuesday, June 2, 6:00 AM

When the Philadelphia Eagles traded up to select USC wide receiver Makai Lemon with the 20th pick of the 2026 NFL Draft, it was clear they were planning for life without three-time Pro Bowler A.J. Brown. With the trade of Brown to New England becoming official on Monday, the spotlight on Lemon grows notably brighter. In his four seasons with the Eagles, Brown never earned less than a 27.3% target share, twice topping the 30% mark, and his absence creates the opportunity for Lemon to immediately claim a meaningful role in Philadelphia's new-look offense. After spending the past two seasons in Green Bay, Sean Mannion steps in as the Eagles' fifth offensive coordinator in as many seasons, creating a fresh slate for every pass catcher on the roster. While DeVonta Smith has become the focal point of Philadelphia's passing offense in a small sample of games played without Brown over the past two seasons, he's done so without another target-earner of Lemon's caliber on the roster. While some early-season growing pains are to be expected, Lemon has both the talent and opportunity to quickly establish himself as a legitimate 1B in Philadelphia, and he is RotoBaller's rookie WR3 and dynasty WR21.
