Dolphins View Jaylen Waddle As Part of Their Future

Thursday, November 6, 12:24 AM

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle has enjoyed a fantastic bounce-back season in 2025, leading the team with 41 catches for 586 yards and four touchdowns in nine games. Waddle had been in plenty of trade rumors with the current state of the Dolphins, but the team is committed to their 26-year-old star wideout and views him as a piece of their future. Waddle has emerged as the no-doubt WR1 after Tyreek Hill (knee) went down in Week 3, and has been among the most productive wideouts in the league. Waddle ranks as WR13 in PPR points since Week 4, and he should continue to return borderline WR1 fantasy production as one of the most explosive players in the league and the focal point of head coach Mike McDaniel's passing attack.

Ricky Pearsall News

Ricky Pearsall Officially Ruled Out for Week 10

Friday, November 7, 5:38 PM

The disappointing season continues for San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Ricky Pearsall (knee), as he was officially ruled out for the Week 10 contest on Sunday versus the division-rival Los Angeles Rams, according to Cam Inman of the Bay Area News Group. Pearsall hasn't practiced since suffering a PCL sprain in his knee in the Week 4 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars and will now miss a sixth straight game. The 25-year-old former first-rounder has quickly developed a reputation as being injury-prone and a slow healer. It's unclear if he'll have a chance to make his return in the Week 11 divisional matchup against the Arizona Cardinals, but Pearsall will have to first get back on the practice field. Jauan Jennings and Kendrick Bourne will continue to serve as the team's top two receivers this weekend, with quarterback Mac Jones likely to make another start in place of the injured Brock Purdy (toe).
