Cincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon didn't do much in the first two weeks of the 2023-24 campaign. But in Week 3 versus the Los Angeles Rams, he scored his first touchdown of the year. While the former Oklahoma Sooner still hasn't surpassed the 100-yard rushing mark this season, his performance on Monday was a step in the right direction. Mixon will look to keep fantasy managers happy in Week 4 against Tennessee. On paper, the Titans defense has allowed only 156 rushing yards to opposing running backs all year. However, that number is somewhat misleading, considering Tennessee played the Saints, Chargers, and Browns, who were all without their top running backs. If Joe Burrow (calf) can keep the Tennessee defense on its toes by connecting with Ja'Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, and Tyler Boyd, Mixon should get the breathing room needed to be productive in Week 4.

Houston Texans running back Devin Singletary signed a one-year deal with the team this offseason and will make his season debut against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 1. Singletary will likely backup young running back Dameon Pierce this year. But the veteran's exact role remains to be seen. He could be used more in the passing game, as the running back is coming off three consecutive seasons of 35-plus catches with the Buffalo Bills. With an unknown role in Week 1, Singletary should only be started in deeper formats.
