Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs recently returned to the field after missing the first six games due to an ongoing domestic violence case. There was a recent development in the case where additional women contacted the police to report physical incidents with Jacobs. On Sunday, Jacobs' lawyers denied that there was any wrongdoing involving Jacobs and these women. The league will now follow up and review these allegations as part of the ongoing investigation. The league still has the right to suspend or issue discipline to Jacobs if it finds any wrongdoing during its investigation. For now, Jacobs will continue to play until the league concludes its case.

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk remains on the reserve/left squad list, and there's no indication that he'll be returning to play anytime soon. Aiyuk missed most of 2024 and all of 2025 while recovering from numerous knee injuries. He's healthy again this year, but some off-the-field antics prompted the 49ers to commit to never playing him again. At the same time, there seems to have been minimal trade interest in the veteran receiver. It wouldn't have been crazy to assume that a couple of receiver-needy teams made calls for Aiyuk, but there's no indication that has happened. Instead, Aiyuk remains off the field, perhaps making it difficult for him to get back up to full speed once he does play again. The 28-year-old has minimal value in dynasty leagues right now, so managers in many leagues could justify dropping him to waivers.
