Arizona Cardinals head coach Jonathan Gannon announced on Monday that quarterback Joshua Dobbs will make another start under center in Week 2 against the New York Giants. Dobbs wasn't good at all in the season opener on Sunday in a 20-16 loss to the Washington Commanders, going 21-for-30 for 132 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions. He carried the ball three times for a loss of three yards and also fumbled three times, losing two of them. It was just the 28-year-old's third NFL start, though, and it came against a pretty tough defense. Dobbs will have the opportunity to bounce back this weekend against a Giants D that just allowed 40 points to the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday night. Still, Dobbs should be viewed as only a desperation QB2 play in deep superflex leagues.

Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love completed 14-of-25 passes for 151 yards and three touchdowns, adding three carries for 21 yards on the ground during the team's 25-24 loss to the Atlanta Falcons. It is the second week in a row that the 24-year-old has thrown three touchdowns, but he struggled to get much done through the air unless they were in scoring range. The lack of a run game hurt Love's chances at success, and missing Christian Watson (hamstring) for the second week in a row did him no favors either. It was a decent fantasy performance, but the lack of yardage through the air will cost him in the overall rankings by the end of Week 2. The team will hope to have Aaron Jones (hamstring) and Watson back next week against a stiff New Orleans defense. Love will be off the streaming radar unless both return in Week 3.
