Los Angeles Chargers running back Joshua Kelley was disappointing again in a Week 3 win over the Minnesota Vikings. Kelley got the start over Austin Ekeler (ankle) who was forced to miss another game with the injury he suffered at the end of Week 1. Kelley ran the ball 11 times, gaining a total of just 12 yards. He caught one pass for five yards on his only target. Kelley's longest run was a four yard gain, and he averaged just over one yard per carry. Luckily for the Chargers, they were able to throw the ball at will against the Vikings zone defense. Kelley's best contribution to the Chargers offense has been showing just how valuable Ekeler is when he's on the field.

Tennessee Titans running back Hassan Haskins (undisclosed) was removed from the commissioner's exempt list and has been returned to Injured Reserve. Haskins was placed on the commissioner's exempt list on Aug. 29, but charges were dropped on Thursday after allegations of aggravated assault stemming from his arrest over the summer. The 23-year-old will remain on Injured Reserve for the rest of the year unless the Titans decide to waive the second-year back eventually. A fourth-round pick last year, Haskins played in 15 games (one start) in 2022 and had 25 carries for 93 yards while catching 11 of 12 targets for 57 additional yards. He's obviously well off the fantasy radar in 2023.
