Baltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill is listed as the second running back on the team's depth chart, but he operates far behind starter Derrick Henry. Hill, Henry and the Ravens have a difficult Week 5 matchup against an Atlanta Falcons team that ranks as the No. 1 rushing defense in the league, giving up just 48.3 rushing yards per game. Hill has played 103 offensive snaps through four games in 2026, compared to Henry's 151. Hill has recorded 14 carries for 60 yards (4.3 yards per carry) and five receptions for 44 yards (8.8 yards per catch) this season. He is yet to receive a red-zone touch or score a touchdown. Unsurprisingly, Henry has dominated touches with 89 carries for 374 yards (4.2 yards per carry) and seven touchdowns, while quarterback Lamar Jackson (who will miss Week 5 with an ankle injury) has recorded 244 rushing yards and a touchdown on the ground. Hill is RotoBaller's No. 53 running back for Week 5 and is projected to score 4.2 fantasy points. He does not have enough standalone value to be in lineups for Week 5.

Los Angeles Rams running back Blake Corum looked great throughout the first two weeks of the season. Not only was he running the ball with great efficiency, but he was also handling nearly as much volume as Kyren Williams. However, the entire backfield shifted starting in Week 3, and Corum has logged just 11 carries for 2.6 yards per carry in two games since then. To make matters worse, his snap share dropped to a staggeringly low mark of 15% last week. It appears the coaching staff has gone back to feeding Williams a ton of snaps and touches, stripping Corum of his RB3/flex appeal on a weekly basis. He's still one of the top handcuffs in fantasy football, but he lacks the standalone value that we saw from him in Weeks 1 and 2. As a result, Corum can be benched in most fantasy leagues for Week 5.
