Mack Hollins Remains Steady Contributor Heading Into Week 15

Friday, December 12, 11:21 PM

New England Patriots wide receiver remains a steady depth contributor ahead of Sunday's Week 15 matchup against the Buffalo Bills. Hollins continues to be a dependable target for Drake Maye and has made numerous big plays to move the chains or advance the ball downfield this season. He capitalized on increased opportunities when Kayshon Boutte missed time with a hamstring injury, and he has maintained a pretty consistent role ever since then. The 32-year-old has played at least 75% of the snaps in each of his last four contests, averaging 6.3 targets, 3.8 catches, and 55.8 yards per game during that span. Although he's third on the depth chart behind Stefon Diggs and Kayshon Boutte, Hollins could carve out low-end flex value in fantasy leagues with at least 14 teams this week. He's a fine streamer for managers looking to replace injured receivers in Week 15. As it stands, he ranks as the overall WR72 in RotoBaller's latest fantasy football rankings.

Arian Smith News

Arian Smith's Role in Jets Trending Down

Wednesday, November 19, 12:15 AM

New York Jets wide receiver Arian Smith had his lowest snap share since Week 1 in the team's 27-14 loss to the New England Patriots in Week 11. Smith played just 15.8% of the snaps and ran 21.2% of the routes, both significantly lower than his season averages. It seems the rookie wideout has moved into a depth role after the Jets acquired two wide receivers at the trade deadline in John Metchie III and Adonai Mitchell. Smith wasn't a fantasy-relevant option to begin with, catching six of 10 targets for 47 yards in 10 games this season.
