Malik Nabers Returning to Practice on Thursday

Thursday, September 25, 1:03 PM

New York Giants wide receiver Malik Nabers (back) will return to practice on Thursday, according to head coach Brian Daboll. Nabers did not practice on Wednesday with a recurring back injury that he could have to manage all season. It's something to keep an eye on, but Nabers should be available for a Week 4 matchup this Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers as long as he doesn't suffer a setback in the coming days. Despite catching only two of seven targets for 13 yards in the Sunday night loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 3, the 22-year-old former first-round pick is tied for third in the league with 32 targets through the first three weeks in 2025. The G-Men are moving from quarterback Russell Wilson to rookie first-rounder Jaxson Dart in Week 4, which could give Nabers an even higher fantasy ceiling.

Cameron Ward News

Cameron Ward Limited on Wednesday

Wednesday, September 24, 4:52 PM

Tennessee Titans rookie quarterback Cameron Ward (ankle/calf) was limited on Wednesday due to ankle and calf injuries. Fantasy managers should monitor his status in case he faces a setback later in the week. However, seeing that he was still able to practice suggests he is not in danger of missing their Week 4 contest against the Houston Texans. After tallying just 112 passing yards in his NFL debut against a tough Denver Broncos defense, Ward has gone on to average 197.0 passing yards over his last two weeks. During this stretch, Ward has thrown two passing scores with only one interception. Facing a tough Houston defense on Sunday that has allowed the sixth-fewest PPR points to opposing QBs makes Ward a low-end QB2 in all formats.
