Washington Commanders quarterback Marcus Mariota will start in Week 4's matchup against the Indianapolis Colts. With starting quarterback Jayden Daniels (elbow) ruled out for Sunday's game, Mariota will start again, as Daniels has time to recover before the bye week. In his start last week against the Seattle Seahawks, Mariota completed 19 of 31 passes for 183 yards and three touchdowns, leading the Commanders to a win over the defending champions. The former second-overall pick has produced as the starter when Daniels has been sidelined, averaging 17.4 fantasy points per game in starts over the past two seasons. Fantasy managers should consider Mariota a high-end QB2 in an ideal matchup, as the Colts are struggling to stop the pass.

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen (knee) was not listed on the team's injury report on Wednesday, according to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network. There was some concern about Allen's status after he took a shot to his left knee in the fourth quarter of Sunday's Week 3 win over the Los Angeles Chargers, especially since he seemed to be favoring his left leg in the clubhouse following the game. Head coach Joe Brady said that Allen is good to go, and his Wednesday full practice status supports that. We will keep a close eye on the 30-year-old former MVP's left knee, but barring a setback later this week, he should be locked into all starting fantasy lineups this weekend for a divisional clash at home against the visiting New England Patriots. Allen has picked up where he left off for fantasy managers and already has 786 passing yards and five touchdowns, and over 100 rushing yards and six rushing scores in three games in 2026.
