Matthew Stafford and Davante Adams' Connection On Point

Thursday, August 20, 4:45 PM

Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford's connection with wide receiver Davante Adams has been on point this offseason. According to The Athletic's Nate Atkins, Stafford and Adams excelled in joint practice with the New Orleans Saints on Thursday, connecting on two touchdowns and on crossers and slants over the middle. After Stafford missed all of training camp last season with a back issue, he and Adams struggled, especially early in the season. Now, with a full offseason and star wide receiver Puka Nacua (groin) not practicing, Stafford is finding Adams all across the field in camp. Adams had only 789 yards in 14 games last season but scored a league-high 14 receiving touchdowns. If Nacua's injury or possible suspension lingers into the season, Adams could be an elite option at wide receiver.

Bryce Young Looks Solid in Joint Practice with Jaguars

Wednesday, August 19, 7:58 PM

Carolina Panthers quarterback Bryce Young had a strong showing in Wednesday's joint practice with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Young and second-year receiver Tetairoa McMillan were nearly automatic, making life difficult for the Jaguars' defense. Young has reportedly had a great camp as he enters a contract year in 2026. Despite never averaging more than 14 fantasy points per game in any season of his three-year career, Young led the Panthers to their first division title since 2015 last season and scored 31 points against the Los Angeles Rams in the Wild Card round. With McMillan, Jalen Coker, Xavier Legette, and now tight end Darren Waller forming a solid receiving core, Young could be in line for his best fantasy season to date in 2026.
