Michael Pittman Jr. a WR2 in Fantasy in Week 9

Saturday, November 1, 9:46 AM

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. has been a reliable touchdown scorer over the first half of the NFL season. Pittman has found the end zone six times in eight games in what has been a bounce-back season for him. Overall, Pittman has caught 43 passes for 446 yards while reestablishing himself as the No. 1 receiver in Indy after being outproduced by Josh Downs last season. Pittman will look to keep it going on the road against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 9. The Steelers have struggled against the pass this season, allowing wide receivers to score the sixth-most average fantasy points per game to the position. Pittman sets up as a rock-solid WR2 in fantasy heading into Week 9.

Trey McBride Still an Elite Option Against Cowboys

Saturday, November 1, 8:23 PM

Arizona Cardinals tight end Trey McBride continues to be a set-it-and-forget-it type of player as he enters Week 9 as the overall TE4. In his last game before their Week 8 bye, McBride posted a huge game with 10 catches for 74 yards and two touchdowns. Whether it's Kyler Murray (foot) or Jacoby Brissett under center, he remains the number-one pass-catching option. In Week 9, he takes on the Dallas Cowboys, who are ranked 12th against the position and have only allowed two touchdowns. This is also the only part of the defense that's ranked better than 30th, so there should be room for McBride to get open. Fantasy managers should continue to roll with McBride as long as he's on the field.
