The Los Angeles Chargers officially placed wide receiver Mike Williams (knee) on Injured Reserve on Tuesday and signed receiver Simi Fehoko to the active roster from the Pittsburgh Steelers' practice squad in a corresponding move. The Bolts also signed safety AJ Finley to their practice squad. Williams suffered a season-ending torn ACL in his left knee in the Week 3 win over the Minnesota Vikings. Fantasy managers in single-year leagues can safely drop him now. The 28-year-old will finish 2023 with 19 catches on 26 targets for 249 yards and a touchdown in three games. With Williams now out, Joshua Palmer will be LA's No. 2 behind Keenan Allen, and first-round rookie wideout Quentin Johnston will also be thrust into a much bigger role moving forward.

Detroit Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown has hauled in 21 passes for 275 yards and a touchdown through three games this season. He hasn't delivered a massive spike week yet, but that could come at any point. Although the Packers have allowed the ninth-fewest fantasy points to wideouts thus far, the Lions are by far the best passing offense it will match up with early in the season. As long as St. Brown is healthy and active, he should always be locked into fantasy lineups. It's worth noting Jaire Alexander (back) could miss this NFC North battle that could carry playoff implications.
