Los Angeles Chargers rookie tight end Oronde Gadsden continued his red-zone success last week, catching all five of his targets for 77 yards and his second touchdown of the season. He has become a key part of the passing attack, but now faces a Tennessee Titans defense that has been among the toughest against tight ends this year, allowing only three touchdowns to the position. While the Titans' struggles against the run may lead to another low-volume passing game (Gadsden only ran 29 routes last week), his size, speed, and proven chemistry with Herbert near the goal line keep him relevant. RotoBaller projects Gadsden as TE5 this week. He has proven himself a must-start and should be viewed as a solid low-end TE1.

Buffalo Bills rookie tight end Jackson Hawes could see a small uptick in opportunities if Dalton Kincaid (oblique) is ruled out ahead of Monday night's matchup against Atlanta. The fifth-round pick has appeared in every game this season but has been used sparingly in the passing game, seeing just four targets through five weeks--hauling in all of them. While Hawes' strong blocking skills have earned him steady snaps, he remains a distant option in Buffalo's offensive pecking order. Even with a potential increase in playing time, his fantasy value is negligible, and he should be avoided in all formats unless his role expands dramatically in the coming weeks.
