The Jacksonville Jaguars face the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday Night Football in what should be a difficult game. That could mean the offense struggles quite a bit, but it could also mean plenty of targets for a receiver like Parker Washington. Washington had a down week in Week 4 after 76 receiving yards in Week 2 and 11 targets in Week 3, making him a risky play. However, he has at least shown himself capable of producing in the inconsistent Jaguars offense, albeit with limited upside. Washington is fine to roster, but better left on the bench in Week 5 against the tough Chiefs' secondary.

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Isaiah Bond turned in a quiet outing in a Week 6 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, catching just two of his five targets for nine yards. The rookie wideout will now look to bounce back at home in a Week 7 contest against the Miami Dolphins. Bond has ascended to the WR2 role in Cleveland with Cedric Tillman (hamstring) out, but he has yet to turn that into production on the field, as his best performance is a three-catch, 58-yard outing in Week 4 against the Detroit Lions. The Dolphins have been unable to do much right on defense this season, although they have been decent against receivers, allowing just the 23rd-most fantasy points per game to the position. Bond is a low-end flex play who should probably remain on fantasy benches this weekend.
