Tyler Warren a Must-Sit with Philip Rivers at Quarterback?

Friday, December 19, 7:30 PM

Indianapolis Colts tight end Tyler Warren has struggled mightily in recent weeks and may not be trustworthy moving forward. In the last two weeks, Warren has caught only five passes for 34 yards, and this is likely due to the unfortunate injury to quarterback Daniel Jones. With Jones in the lineup, Warren averaged 13.1 fantasy points per game, which ranks as the TE4 during that span. While Warren has been a monster at the tight end position this season, fantasy managers need to pivot with fantasy championships on the line. 44-year-old quarterback Philip Rivers is now the starting quarterback, and running backs were heavily utilized in the passing game, with Jonathan Taylor and Ameer Abdullah taking eight of the 18 total completions last week against the Seahawks. With a run-heavy system and a crowded receiving corps in Indianapolis, Warren is a risky TE2 in Week 16 against the San Francisco 49ers.

Josh Allen Looking to Overcome Tough Browns Matchup

Saturday, December 20, 10:15 AM

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen continues to dominate in December, as he looks to take down the Cleveland Browns. Over the past two games, Allen has completed 73% of his passes for 222 yards and three touchdowns on average, while adding 126 yards and a touchdown on the ground. In his career, he has thrown 60 touchdowns and 17 interceptions in 32 career games in December, while scoring 24 rushing touchdowns on top of that. It's clear that no matter the weather conditions, Allen can overcome them, and he'll have to do so again this week in Cleveland. The Browns have allowed the fourth-fewest fantasy points to quarterbacks this season, and winds are expected to gust over 25 mph on Sunday. The "Winter Soldier" will look to dominate yet again in Week 16, as he's a locked-in QB1 against this Browns defense.
