Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Rashod Bateman (hamstring) missed his second consecutive practice on Thursday. The second-year wideout has been involved in the offense in a limited capacity, garnering just three targets in each of the first three games of the season that have added up to seven receptions and 59 yards. With rookie Zay Flowers the new focus of Baltimore's receiving corps and Mark Andrews' presence at tight end, Bateman's time in the sun seems to have already passed. The Ravens take on the division-rival Cleveland Browns in Week 4, but there is no reason to believe Bateman will be any more involved. He is safe to drop in most leagues.

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Elijah Moore caught two of his four targets for 20 yards and lost 20 yards on his lone carry in a 28-3 loss to the Baltimore Ravens in Week 4. Moore and the rest of the Cleveland offense struggled to get anything going with rookie Dorian Thompson-Robinson making his first NFL start on Sunday. After the quiet outing, Moore will head into his bye in Week 5 with 17 catches for 148 scoreless yards in four games. After his bye, Moore will take on the San Francisco 49ers at home in Week 6.
