Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Ray-Ray McCloud III garnered five targets in Week 1, turning them into three receptions for 51 yards with a long of 24 yards. That's about as good as one could hope for from the veteran receiver, and although the team gets Darnell Mooney (shoulder) back in the mix this week, Casey Washington (concussion) will be out with a concussion, and Washington drew six targets in Week 1. It likely means about the same should be expected of McCloud in Week 2 on the road against the Vikings, but with his targets typically of the short variety and not usually a threat to score (one touchdown in '24 on 62 receptions), the 28-year-old is relegated to the WR5 range or a low-end Flex option in PPR leagues.

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs appears to be the team's WR1 early in the season, particularly with wideout Jayden Reed (clavicle) set to miss multiple months with a fractured collarbone. Doubs leads Packers wide receivers in both receiving yards (96) and targets (nine). Green Bay operates with a run-heavy approach and still has multiple talented pass-catchers even without Reed, so Doubs' week-to-week target volume could be inconsistent. Still, he's going to be on the field a lot for an offense that should score points in bunches, giving him a fairly steady floor. Doubs should be added in all PPR-scoring fantasy leagues with 10 or more teams.
Still trying to decide between McCloud III and Doubs? Check on the latest news to make sure both players are active and healthy. Our PPR projections show that Ray-Ray McCloud III is projected to score 1.3 points this week while Romeo Doubs is projected to score 11.7 points.
