Houston Texans wide receiver Robert Woods will enter a Week 4 matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers with a team-high 25 targets. The veteran has seen at least six targets in every game this season. He is also tied with two other Texans for a team-high 15 catches through three weeks. Woods has been a fantasy surprise so far and has two double-digit fantasy performances in PPR formats. In a favorable matchup facing a Steelers secondary that has given up the fifth most fantasy points to wideouts in half-PPR formats, Woods is a flex option in most 12-plus team leagues in Week 4.

Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson hauled in six-of-nine targets for 85 yards and two touchdowns as he helped lead his team to their first win of the season in their Week 4 matchup with the Panthers. Jefferson had another great fantasy outing in this one despite Kirk Cousins completing just 12-of-19 passes. The fourth-year stud continues to prove he is one of the most valuable assets in all of fantasy football and has shown he can consistently be counted on through the first month of the 2023 season. Jefferson should be busy in the team's Week 5 matchup against the Chiefs, as the Vikings will likely be looking at a pass-heavy game script to keep up with the high-flying opposing offense.
