Denver Broncos kicker Wil Lutz has started slow over the first three weeks of the 2026 season, converting three of just four field goal attempts on the year. Lutz finished a Week 3 win over the Los Angeles Rams 0-for-1 with a miss from 43 yards. His long field goal this year was from 45 yards, which came in Week 2 against the Jacksonville Jaguars, while he also made a kick from 31 yards in Week 1 against the Kansas City Chiefs. Lutz is a perfect 5-for-5 on his point-after attempts. He is RotoBaller's 28th-ranked kicker in Week 4 and is projected to score eight fantasy points against the 49ers.

It has been a quiet season for Carlson, who has attempted a field goal in just one of the last three games. On the year, he is 11-for-13 on extra points and 5-for-7 on field goals. His 84.6% conversion rate on extra points and 71.4% mark on field goals are both career lows. He will look to bounce back against a Giants team allowing the fewest fantasy points per game to opposing kickers. Carlson is a risky fantasy option and ranks as K17 in RotoBaller's rankings this week.
