Still playing their starters despite a lost season, Matt Ryan looks particularly attractive for Atlanta’s offense this week. Eclipsing 300 yards passing in three of his last four games, Ryan provides one of the highest floors at the quarterback position. Positively, the Falcons face a Tampa Bay defense ranked 29th in passing yards allowed per game (269.1) in the highest totaled game of the week (48-points). With so much uncertainty this week, Ryan looks like a solid option at $6,500.
