Dalvin Cook ($7,200) - Minnesota Vikings - Value Dalvin Cook is fresh off a great game against the Colts and now plays a Giants’ defense that is allowing the 11th-most fantasy points to the position. The Vikings are fighting for a playoff spot and they will continue to feed the ball to one of its best players. Last week, Cook had 17 carries and was used in the passing game as well. He’s one of the few dual-threat RBs that also carries a heavy workload on the ground. There is going to be a ton of ownership on Henry and Ekeler due to their projected matchups, leaving Cook as not only a great pivot off of the high-end running backs, but also as a pivot off of teammate Justin Jefferson. Cook can blow up a week and considering it is Christmas weekend, it would be all that much sweeter for fantasy managers if he put up 150 and 3+ TDs on the ground.
